For what it's worth, this is the page for complaints about the BBC, including responses to complaints (for example, the Archers' SATTC episode, and the Eastenders baby-knapping storyline): www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/homepage/It's clear that this page is set up to handle complaints, and not simply 'feedback', but the responses make it clear that 'feedback' is to 'complaints' as 'lemonade' is to 'lemons'.

Just thought you would like to know I got a message today [12/4/2011] telling me that a complaint I made about a post being off topic on the 'choice is yours' board had been upheld. My complaint was made on 17/03/2011. So much for quick response.

No don't worry I did not complain about your post, I did not see your post before it vanished.
I complained about some off topic political rant, nothing about the BBC, it was so long ago I can not remember the details and the MOD emails do not give much information. All that I had on their email was: "Moderation Reference number: 31231992 about Post 106945496"
